Dan has been employed by Beyond Shelter, Inc. (BSI) since March of 2003 and during his career with BSI, Dan has participated in the development of over 1,650 affordable homes. Dan is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and inspiration to BSI team members and community partners in the affordable housing market, to represent, promote and expand the activities of BSI and its partners and ensure that the development and fiscal operations of BSI continue to meet the needs of the regional affordable housing market. Dan has 29+ years of experience in the affordable housing industry.
