Administrative Assistant

At Beyond Shelter, we are committed to improving lives and creating communities by developing housing for those most in need. We are looking for a motivated, responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks as well and providing support to the CEO, Board of Directors and BSI staff. Some responsibilities will include: Board meeting minutes, event planning, preparing reports, social media, various accounting tasks, ordering supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of day to day office activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, be able to organize and manage a variety of tasks effectively and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
