Blake serves as the Real Estate Development Director for Beyond Shelter, Inc. He has 20 years of experience in real estate development, consulting and project management throughout the region. Blake works directly with the development and asset management teams to provide leadership on active developments, in-service projects and internal system structures.

Prior to joining Beyond Shelter, Blake participated in the rehabilitation and new construction development of over 100 units in his hometown of Minot, North Dakota. He remains on the Board of Directors for one of those organizations which still operates over 60 units of affordable housing in Minot.

Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Dakota

Community Involvement

Blake resides in Fargo with his wife Mary, their 4 children and yellow lab. They enjoy attending many youth activities throughout the different seasons, family travel, and time in the great outdoors whenever possible.
